Fee Schedule
I am an out-of-network provider and am only in-network on a limited number of insurance panels.
Testing and Therapy fees are private pay. I am able to provide reduced cost services for clients who work with one of my interns.
Benefits of Private Pay Services
If you have a high deductible insurance plan, the amount you may need to pay for these services before your insurance coverage kicks in is often more expensive than the private pay rate.
I am happy to provide a statement you can submit to your insurance company to seek possible reimbursement. We cannot be responsible for or guarantee that your insurance will or will not cover services. It is imperative that you understand your insurance coverage.
Private pay evaluations increase your ability to have confidential services. When your services are covered by insurance, the insurance company has a right to request your notes and assessment reports.
Private pay evaluations also improve the speed an evaluation can be completed. Verifying benefits and seeking insurance authorizations from insurance companies can be a lengthy process which can delay your testing date.
Psychological Evaluations
Psychological Evaluations start at $1,250.00, and the final cost depends on the extent of the assessment. Payments are made in two installments.
Therapy Services
All therapy sessions are $135.00 per session.
Reflective Supervision and Consultation
RSC can occur in group or individual format. Individual services are $100 per session. RSC groups are $35 per person in a group of 8 people.
